By accessing our website, purchasing a plan, submitting information, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Namma Mentors provides educational guidance and mentorship support intended to help students make more informed college and counselling decisions. However, we do not guarantee admissions, allotments, placements, academic outcomes, or any specific results.
2. Who We Are
Namma Mentors is a student-led educational mentorship and guidance platform that helps KCET and COMEDK students make more informed engineering college and counselling decisions. We provide practical guidance around colleges, branches, counselling choices, and engineering-related decision-making through mentorship, senior insights, and student-first guidance.

Namma Mentors provides educational guidance, mentorship, and informational support only. We are not an admission authority, counselling authority, college, university, or government body, and we do not guarantee admissions, placements, or counselling outcomes.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old.
If you are under 18, please ensure that you have permission from a parent or guardian before using our services or making a purchase.
By using Namma Mentors, you confirm that the information you share with us is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
4. Plans and Payments
Namma Mentors offers online mentorship and guidance plans.
4.1 ₹99 Plan
This plan includes a one-time interaction with a college senior who shares practical insights regarding academics, placements, hostel facilities, campus culture, student experiences, and college life.
4.2 ₹599 Plan
This plan includes AI-assisted option entry guidance, counselling guidance, branch and college guidance, and one counselling support call with a mentor to help students better understand available options.
4.3 ₹2999 Plan
This plan includes dedicated mentorship support until admission, including counselling guidance, branch exploration, one initial Google Meet with a mentor, WhatsApp support, continued guidance, and mentor assistance throughout the admission process, subject to mentor availability and operational policies.
4.4 Payments
All payments made to Namma Mentors are one-time payments. We do not operate on a subscription model.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other authorized payment providers. Namma Mentors does not store complete card details, net banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
Making a payment for a service does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, branch allotment, or any specific educational outcome. Our role is limited to providing educational guidance, mentorship, and informational support.
5. Service Delivery
All services offered by Namma Mentors are digital in nature. No physical products are shipped or delivered.
Services may be provided through:
- WhatsApp communication
- Phone calls or online meetings (where applicable)
- Mentor guidance or college senior interactions, depending on the service purchased
- Counselling and college guidance support
Service timelines may vary based on mentor or senior availability, counselling schedules, operational requirements, and student responsiveness. Namma Mentors will make reasonable efforts to provide services within communicated timelines.
6. No Guarantee Disclaimer
Namma Mentors is an educational mentorship and guidance platform designed to help students make more informed college and counselling decisions.
We are not:
- an admission consultancy
- a government counselling authority
- a seat allotment authority
- a placement or recruitment agency
We do not guarantee:
- admission into any college or branch
- KCET or counselling seat allotment outcomes
- placements, internships, or scholarships
- academic performance improvements or specific career outcomes
Guidance shared by mentors and college seniors is based on personal experiences, practical insights, and educational understanding. It is intended to help students make informed decisions and should not be treated as a guarantee or official counselling advice.
Final decisions related to counselling, admissions, academics, and career choices remain with the student and their family.
7. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the website.
By purchasing a service from Namma Mentors, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
Any refund request will be reviewed fairly based on the terms of the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the status of the service provided.
8. Intellectual Property
The content available on Namma Mentors, including website text, branding, logos, designs, guidance materials, graphics, and other original content, belongs to Namma Mentors unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or publicly distribute our content without prior permission.
Unauthorized use of our content or branding may lead to appropriate action to protect our work and platform.
9. User Conduct
Users are expected to use Namma Mentors responsibly and respectfully.
While using our services, users should not:

- abuse, harass, threaten, or disrespect mentors, college seniors, or team members

If a user seriously violates these terms or misuses the platform, Namma Mentors may suspend or discontinue access to services. Refund eligibility, if any, will be reviewed based on the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the status of the service provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
Namma Mentors provides educational guidance, mentorship, and informational support only. While we aim to help students make better decisions, we cannot guarantee admissions, counselling outcomes, seat allotments, branch allotments, placements, scholarships, academic performance, internships, or career outcomes.
Guidance shared by mentors and college seniors is based on practical experiences and educational understanding and should be used to support decision-making, not as a guarantee of results.
Namma Mentors and its team will not be responsible for decisions made by students or outcomes related to counselling, admissions, academics, placements, or career choices based on guidance provided through the platform.
If any liability arises in relation to a specific service, it will generally be limited to the amount paid for that service.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If any dispute arises in relation to these Terms or the use of Namma Mentors, it will be handled by the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
