Namma Mentors is a student-led educational mentorship and guidance platform that helps KCET and COMEDK students make more informed engineering college, branch, and counselling decisions through mentorship, counselling guidance, and college senior interactions.
All services provided by Namma Mentors are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
This Delivery & Service Policy explains how services are delivered, what students can expect after purchasing a plan, how mentorship or guidance may be provided, and what to do if you experience any service-related issues.
2. What You Receive Per Plan

3. What Happens After You Pay?
How Services Are Delivered
Step 1: Payment Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, your purchase is confirmed and our team may contact you to begin the next steps related to your selected service.
Step 2: Share Required Information
Depending on the service purchased, you may be asked to share relevant details such as:
- KCET / COMEDK rank or rank range
- category (where relevant for counselling guidance)
- preferred branches or colleges
- location preferences
- counselling goals or questions
- contact information and language preference
Providing accurate information helps us offer more relevant guidance and support.
Step 3: Service Coordination
Based on your selected plan, Namma Mentors reviews the shared information and coordinates the next steps for counselling guidance, mentor support, or college senior interaction.
Step 4: Service Delivery
Depending on the plan purchased, services may be provided through:
- WhatsApp communication
- phone calls or online meetings (where applicable)
- mentor guidance or college senior interactions
- counselling and college guidance support
Step 5: Continued Support (Where Applicable)
For plans that include continued mentorship support, a mentor may be assigned and guidance may continue through WhatsApp, online meetings, or other suitable communication methods during the active mentorship period.

All timelines are calculated from the time we receive complete and accurate information required for service delivery.
5. How to Access Your Deliverables
Namma Mentors services may be coordinated and delivered through WhatsApp, phone calls, Google Meet, email, or other suitable online communication channels depending on the selected plan and the nature of the service.
To help ensure smooth communication, please make sure:
- your phone number and email address are entered correctly
- your WhatsApp number is active and reachable
- you check messages or emails shared by Namma Mentors where relevant
- you respond to onboarding forms, guidance requests, or important communication in a reasonable time
For counselling guidance, mentorship, or college senior interactions, communication may primarily happen through WhatsApp, phone calls, Google Meet sessions, or similar online communication methods depending on the service purchased.
6. What If You Do Not Receive Your Deliverables?
If your counselling guidance, mentorship, or college senior interaction has not started within a reasonable time, please follow these steps:

Please verify that:
- payment was completed successfully
- required forms or information were submitted correctly (where applicable)
- the phone number and email address provided are accurate
- you have checked WhatsApp messages and relevant emails from Namma Mentors
Step 2: Allow Reasonable Processing Time
Service timelines may vary depending on mentor or senior availability, counselling season demand, and the nature of the service purchased. Please allow a reasonable time for coordination and onboarding.
Step 3: Contact Us
If you still have concerns, please contact the Namma Mentors support team. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to help resolve it.
7. Peak Counselling Period Delays
During KCET, COMEDK, counselling rounds, and admission season, service demand may increase significantly.
While Namma Mentors makes reasonable efforts to provide guidance and support within a reasonable time, occasional delays may happen due to factors such as:
- increased student demand
- counselling and admission season activity
- mentor or college senior availability
- higher support and coordination requirements
If a meaningful delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep affected students informed.
