Welcome to Namma Mentors ("Namma Mentors", "we", "our", or "us").
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be available for services purchased through nammamentors.com and how cancellations are handled.
Namma Mentors provides digital educational guidance, counselling support, mentorship, and college senior interactions for KCET and COMEDK students. All services are one-time purchases and delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
Since many of our services involve personalized guidance, mentor or senior time, and counselling-related support, refunds are available only in specific situations described in this policy.
By purchasing a service from Namma Mentors, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Plan-by-Plan Refund Rules
2.1 ₹99 Basic Plan
This plan includes a one-time interaction with a college senior to help students better understand practical aspects of college life, academics, placements, hostel life, campus culture, and student experiences.
Refunds for this plan may be considered only if:
- payment was successfully completed, and
- Namma Mentors is unable to arrange the college senior interaction within a reasonable service period due to our inability to provide the service.
Once a college senior interaction has been scheduled or completed, the service is generally non-refundable.
2.2 ₹599 Full Report Plan
This plan includes counselling guidance, branch and college guidance, AI-assisted option entry guidance, and one counselling interaction with a mentor to help students make more informed counselling decisions.
Refunds for this plan may be considered only if:
- payment was successfully completed, and
- Namma Mentors is unable to provide the counselling interaction or guidance support within a reasonable service period due to our inability to provide the service.
Once counselling guidance has started or the mentor interaction has been completed, the service is generally non-refundable.
2.3 ₹2999 Mentorship Plan
This plan includes dedicated mentorship support until admission, including counselling guidance, branch and college guidance, WhatsApp support, one initial Google Meet session, and continued mentorship during the admission process.
Refunds for this plan may be considered only if:
- payment was successfully completed, and
- Namma Mentors is unable to initiate mentorship support within a reasonable service period due to our inability to provide the service.
Mentorship support may include mentor assignment, onboarding through WhatsApp, an initial interaction, and continued guidance during the admission process.
Once mentorship support has started, including mentor assignment, WhatsApp onboarding, or a mentor interaction, the service is generally non-refundable.
3. Refund-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
3.1 Service Could Not Be Initiated
A payment was successfully completed, but Namma Mentors was unable to initiate the purchased service within a reasonable service period due to our inability to provide the service.
This may include situations where:
- a college senior interaction could not be arranged for the ₹99 plan
- counselling guidance or mentor interaction could not be initiated for the ₹599 plan
- dedicated mentorship support could not be initiated for the ₹2999 plan
3.2 Duplicate Payment
A student was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment or technical issue.
Verification may be required before such refunds are processed.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
4.1 Service Has Started
The purchased service has already begun.
Examples may include:
- a college senior interaction being scheduled or completed
- counselling guidance or mentor interaction being initiated
- mentor assignment, WhatsApp onboarding, or mentorship support beginning for the ₹2999 plan
4.2 Change of Mind
A student changes their mind after purchasing a service.
4.3 Counselling or Admission Outcomes
A student is dissatisfied with counselling outcomes, seat allotment results, college or branch allocation, admission outcomes, placements, internships, scholarships, or career-related outcomes.
Namma Mentors provides educational guidance and mentorship support only and does not guarantee outcomes.
4.4 Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Service delivery is affected because incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information was provided by the student.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the issue or concern related to the service.

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, we will make reasonable efforts to process the refund within a reasonable time.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for a refund to reflect may vary depending on payment providers, banks, or other external payment systems and may be outside the direct control of Namma Mentors.
7. Cancellations
Namma Mentors does not offer subscription-based services. All plans are one-time purchases, and there are no recurring payments or ongoing subscriptions to cancel.
If a student chooses to stop using a service after purchase, refund eligibility will continue to depend on the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
